Warranty
Every product we sell is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
What is covered
The warranty covers the product and everything supplied with it — mounting hardware, brackets, poles, bags and fittings included in the purchase — against faults in materials and workmanship under normal touring use.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation or use. Fitting the product outside the instructions, mounting it to racks or bars that are not rated for the load, or using it for something it was not designed to do.
- Damage caused by the weather or by nature. Wind, rain, hail, snow, storms, fallen branches, animals and similar events are not covered.
- Normal wear and tear, fading, scratches and marks from ordinary use.
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or any modification made after purchase.
Making a claim
Email info@sunsettouring.com with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos. We will assess it and come back to you with a repair, a replacement part or a replacement product.
Please keep your receipt or order confirmation — we need proof of purchase to process a claim.
Your rights under Australian law
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Apparel and clothing items are not covered by warranty. Hoodies, t-shirts and other clothing are excluded, though faulty items are still covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
